It started with a simple love — babies. Everything about them: their tiny hands, their first smiles, the way they smell, the way they change so fast you blink and miss it. Growing up in Florida, I was always the one making things by hand, always drawn to anything creative and warm and personal.

When I started making handmade pacifier clips, something clicked. I'd share them with friends, bring them to baptisms and baby showers — and every single time, the reaction was the same: "Where did you get that? Can you make one for me?" Moms were looking for something beyond what you find in stores. Something made with care. Something that meant something.

Over time, I started meeting more and more moms — not just looking for cute accessories, but looking for help with something deeper. Baptism keepsakes. Childhood memories. How do you capture a handprint? How do you make a gift that a family will keep for 20 years?

These weren't just craft questions. They were questions about love, and time, and wanting to hold onto something fleeting. I realized I had the answers — and more than that, I had the passion to share them in a way that was simple, warm, and genuinely doable for any mom, even with zero crafting experience.

That's how Petites Traces was born. The name means "little traces" in French — baby footprints, handprints, those tiny marks that children leave everywhere they go. But it also means something bigger: the traces we leave online, the creative traces we make when we build something with our own hands.

My mission is simple: to help every mom create beautiful, meaningful baby memories — without stress, without a big budget, and without needing to be a professional artist. Just you, your baby, and a little creativity.
